Each construction season we are diligently working to maintain and improve our county road system. To make your travel more convenient in Warren County we have provided the following list of upcoming and current county road restrictions. Closure at Old SR 122 and Township Line Road Intersection Extended

Lebanon, Ohio – Clearcreek/Wayne Townships – The intersection of Old SR 122 (CR 230) and Township Line Road (CR 134) will remain closed for an additional three (3) weeks until Friday, September 7th, weather permitting. The extension of the closure is due to unforeseen utility relocations and weather delays during the construction of the Old SR 122 and Township Line Road Intersection Improvements Project.

Tylersville Road Improvment Project

Lebanon, Ohio – Deerfield Township – Beginning Monday August 13, 2018, R.B. Jergens Contractors, Inc. shall be constructing a right turn lane in the west bound direction, east of the intersection of, and on to, the north bound direction of Butler-Warren Road. The project is estimated to be completed in ten weeks, weather permitting. The Warren County Engineer’s Office very much appreciates in advance the public’s cooperation and patience during this project.

Three Day Closure on Township Line Road

Lebanon, Ohio – Clearcreek/Wayne Townships – Beginning Tuesday, July 31, 2018, Township Line Road (CR 134) will be closed for three (3) days, weather permitting. The closure is for a culvert replacement located approximately 600 feet north of the US 42 intersection.

There will be no posted detour for this closure since the intersection of Old SR 122 and Township Line Road is currently closed for an intersection improvements project and a detour is posted for this closure. Access to addresses 3327 and 3375 Township Line Road will be from US 42. Access to addresses between 3450 and 3948 Township Line Road will utilize Township Line Road north of the culvert closure, the roundabout currently under construction, and the portion of Old SR 122 that is west of the roundabout.

Innovation Way, Deerfield Township, Road Closure

Lebanon, Ohio – Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio – Cincinnati Cyclocross will be having a bike race on Sunday, July 22, 2018 which shall require the closure of Innovation Way between Socialville-Fosters Rd. and Duke Blvd. The closure shall be a daytime closure between the hours of 8a.m. and 5 p.m. The detour for this closure will utilize Socialville-Fosters Rd. and Duke Blvd.

Old 3C Highway, Hamilton Township Road Closure.

Lebanon, Ohio – Hamilton Township, Ohio – Beginning Monday, July 16, 2018, Old 3C Highway shall be closed for 3 weeks, weather permitting, for a bank stabilization project. GeoStabilization International, or GSI, will be performing the stabilization on behalf of the Warren County Engineer’s Office. The cost of the project is $157,482.50, and shall consist of stabilizing 125 feet of embankment along Old 3C Highway, utilizing a self drilling Super Nail system into the side slope of the embankment, reinforced with shotcrete.

The road closure shall be located between the intersection of US 22&3 and Ballet Tech of Ohio. The detour for the closure will utilize US 22&3 and Old 3C Highway.

Wilmington Road, Turtlecreek Township, Road Closure extended.

Lebanon, Ohio – Turtlecreek Township, Ohio – The Wilmington Road closure that began Monday, June 18, 2018, has been extended one (1) week due to weather. The bank stabilization project contracted to GeoStabilization International, or GSI, on behalf of the Warren County Engineer’s Office utilizes a soil-nail launching system into the side slope of the roadway, and shall finish next week with an anticipated opening date of July 13. The cost of the project is $251,230.

The closure is located west of the Liberty-Keuter Rd. & Wilmington Rd. intersection, between addresses #2144 & #2219. The detour for the closure remains in effect, and utilizes Oregonia Rd. and Waynesville Rd.

Two Daytime Closures on Liberty-Keuter Road for Soil Borings

Lebanon, Ohio – Turtlecreek Township – On Thursday, May 31, 2018, Liberty-Keuter Road will be closed between Oregonia Road and Hatfield Road for two (2) days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weather permitting. The closure is to allow Terracon to perform drilling for soil borings.

The detour will utilize Oregonia Road, SR 48/US 42 Bypass, US 42, Utica Road, and Hatfield Road.

Fosters-Maineville Road, Hamilton Township road closure.

Lebanon, Ohio – Hamilton Township, Warren County, Ohio – Fosters-Maineville Road closure shall be extended a further three (3) days until Friday May 25, 2018 for the completion of tree removal work. The closure is located between Butterworth Road and the intersection of Southern Pines Drive.

The detour for this closure will utilize Fosters-Maineville Rd. to State Route 48 back to Butterworth Rd.

Lebanon, Ohio – Hamilton Township, Warren County, Ohio – Beginning Monday, May 21, 2018 at 9:00am, Fosters-Maineville Road shall be closed for three (3) days for tree removal by county forces. The closure is located between Butterworth Road and the intersection of Southern Pines Drive, and shall reopen May 23 at 3:00 p.m., weather permitting.

The detour for this closure will utilize Fosters-Maineville Rd. to State Route 48 back to Butterworth Rd.

Three Day Closure on Socialville-Fosters Road in Deerfield Township

Lebanon, Ohio – Deerfield Township – On Monday, May 14, 2018, Socialville-Fosters Road (CR32) will be closed between Stablegate Lane and Old 3C Highway for three (3) days, weather permitting. The closure is to allow Terracon to perform drilling for soil borings that are necessary for the design of a future retaining wall project.

The posted detour will utilize Landen Drive, US 22/SR 3, and Old 3C Highway.

Sixteen Week Closure at Old SR 122 and Township Line Road Intersection

Lebanon, Ohio – Clearcreek/Wayne Townships – Beginning Monday, April 30, 2018, the intersection of Old SR 122 (CR 230) and Township Line Road (CR 134) will be closed for sixteen (16) weeks, weather permitting. The closure is for the construction of the Old SR 122 and Township Line Road Intersection Improvements Project that consists of a single lane roundabout and various roadway improvements. It is to be constructed by Rack & Ballauer Excavating Co. Inc. for a bid price of $1,378,704.02. This project is funded by the Warren County Road and Bridge Fund and Federal (HSIP) Highway Safety Improvement Program Funds.

The posted detour for the closure will utilize SR 48, Miller Road, US 42, and Lower Springboro Road. Access will be maintained to all residential drives inside the closure through each individual leg of the intersection. Local traffic will not be permitted to utilize the intersection.

Road Closure on Cedar Hill Road, Wayne Township for bridge replacement

Lebanon, Ohio – Wayne Township, Warren County, Ohio – Beginning Monday, April 30, 2018, Cedar Hill Road shall be closed for the replacement of bridge #0574-0083. This bridge is located in Wayne Township, located one-tenth of a mile west of the north entrance of US42. This closure shall be approximately 5 weeks, weather permitting.

The detour for this closure will utilize US42.

Keever Road, Turtlecreek Township Road Closure

Lebanon, Ohio – Turtlecreek Township – Keever Road shall be closed for construction for approximately five (5) days beginning Monday, April 16, 2018 – weather permitting. Construction shall include improvements of the at-grade railroad crossing located just west of the intersection of US42.

Innovation Way to be Closed for Bicycle Race Each Saturday in April from 8am to 1pm

Special Event Closure | Detour Posted

Deerfield Township – The Warren County Engineer’s Office has issued a permit to Cincinnati Cyclocross for bicycle races to be held each Saturday this month, April, from 8am to 1pm, on Innovation Way between Socialville-Fosters Road and Duke Blvd, through Kingswood Park. Innovation Way will be closed for the races held Saturdays, April 7, 14, 21, and 28.

Closure on Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road at State Route 48 being Extended

Full Closure | Detour Posted

Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road, east of the SR48 intersection has been closed since July 25 for a roadway safety improvements project. Work will be continuing for an additional four (4) weeks for underground utility work and for winter preparation of the project area. Work on the roadway safety improvement project will be suspended till Spring of 2018 when it will be completed.

Immediately after the winter preparation for the roadway safety improvements project, South Lebanon will begin a sanitary sewer project on Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road between John C. Quinn Boulevard and 556 Mason-Morrow-Milgrove Road (just west of Riley Street). The sanitary sewer project is expected to take four (4) weeks, weather permitting.

Detour signage for the closure will remain with access to Barrett’s Marathon Auto Service and Little Miami Veterinary Clinic being available by way of John C. Quinn Boulevard.
