Public Open House for the Old State Route 122 and Township Line Road Intersection Improvements Project

Lebanon, Ohio - The Warren County Engineer’s Office has scheduled a Public Open House for Old State Route 122 and Township Line Road Intersection Improvements (ODOT Project ID No.: 100784). This project is in the Detailed Design and Environmental Phase, which includes the design and evaluation of roadway improvements to reduce the increasing number of severe accidents at the Old State Route 122 and Township Line Road intersection in Warren County, Ohio.

The Public Open House will be held Thursday, May 26th, 2016, from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Dodds Pentecostal Church of God located at 3157 Old State Route 122, Waynesville, OH 45068. This meeting will be held in an open-house format, so please visit anytime between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM, parking is free and convenient. The Public Open House will provide an opportunity to learn about the project, view exhibits of the preliminary plans, become familiar with the project’s process, and provide feedback. After the meeting, comments can be submitted until June 25, 2016, to Roy Henson, by fax (513) 695-7714, by email (Roy.Henson@co.warrren.oh.us), or by mail to the Warren County Engineer’s Office 210 W Main Street, Lebanon, OH 45036. Your attendance is encouraged and your participation and comments are appreciated. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.

Individuals who may require translation services (free of charge) or special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact the Project Manager five to seven days prior to the meeting.
