Old 3C Highway, Hamilton Township Road Closure.

Lebanon, Ohio – Hamilton Township, Ohio – Beginning Monday, July 16, 2018, Old 3C Highway shall be closed for 3 weeks, weather permitting, for a bank stabilization project. GeoStabilization International, or GSI, will be performing the stabilization on behalf of the Warren County Engineer’s Office. The cost of the project is $157,482.50, and shall consist of stabilizing 125 feet of embankment along Old 3C Highway, utilizing a self drilling Super Nail system into the side slope of the embankment, reinforced with shotcrete.

The road closure shall be located between the intersection of US 22&3 and Ballet Tech of Ohio. The detour for the closure will utilize US 22&3 and Old 3C Highway.

About the Warren County Engineer
County Engineers in Ohio are required by law to be registered as both Professional Engineers (P.E.) and Professional Surveyors (P.S.) They are responsible for the maintenance and construction of county roads and maintenance and construction of bridges on county roads, township roads, and certain streets within municipalities. They are also responsible for maintaining land surveying records, checking the accuracy and adequacy of recorded land transfer documents, and establishing or re-establishing certain land survey monuments.
