Construction trailers, Signs, and Fire Lines require separate permit applications

Ohio Certified Sprinkler, Alarm, and Hood Suppression Plans are to be submitted as part of the same building permit

Plumbing must be submitted to and approved by the Health Department

A Zoning Certificate, Water Release, and a complete application, (address, description, project name, sq. ft., contractor information, architect email, etc) is required to release a permit

Submit 3 sets of plans for all work, to scale, no staples unless a large set. Only 1 copy of soil reports, spec books, etc. is required

Fees are due upon pickup of drawings, notice will be mailed when a plan review has completed. For status call 513-695-1290
