Warren County Transit Website

Warren County Transit Service provides convenient, low cost on demand, curb to curb public transportation services for anyone in Warren County regardless of age or income. Services are provided Monday through Friday from 6 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.—closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Limited services are provided to Dayton and three (3) points within the City of Middletown. WCTS also connects with the Hamilton County Cincinnati Metro at Kings Island, then provides rides into the Cincinnati area.

All trips should be scheduled in advance with at least forty-eight (48) hours notice by calling 1-888-297-0990 or TDD Relay 1-800-750-0750. All trip requests are served based on availability. Payment for trip is collected that day to the driver.

The cost is $3.00 one way, anywhere within Warren County and service to Greater Dayton RTA’s South Hub. The cost to Middletown Shopping Center, Miami University or the former Middletown Hospital area is also $3.00 one way. To go elsewhere in Middletown, you must change buses at one of these points and take Middletown Transit.

The cost for the Elderly and disabled (E&D) is $1.50 one way, anywhere within Warren County. To be eligible for reduced fares, passengers must complete an E&D application and provide documentation that they are sixty-five (65) or older or have a disability. NON EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION (NET)

Warren County JFS NET Transportation Plan

Non-emergency transportation (NET) is a program administered by WCDHS to provide transportation to and from medical providers who meet the provider participation requirements and are providing Medicaid covered service(s) to individuals who are Medicaid eligible at the time of service.

NET may be available to Medicaid eligible pregnant women to Medicaid providers throughout the pregnancy and for twelve (12) weeks after delivery.

NET requires the use of the most cost-effective mode(s) of transportation that addresses the consumer’s medical condition and timeliness concerns and only to Medicaid covered services that are within Warren County, unless the specific services is not available within Warren County.

RECIPIENTS MUST NOT CONTACT CONTRACTED TRANPSORTATION PROVIDERS DIRECTLY BUT MUST FIRST BE APPROVED FOR NET SERVICES BY THE WARREN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES WHO WILL MAKE APPOINTMENTS WITH THE TRANPSORTATION PROVIDER.
