The State of Ohio's centralized collections and disbursement system
For all payments please include the following:
- Make check payable to Ohio Child Support Payment Central or Ohio CSPC
- The SETS number
- The Case number
- Payor/Obligor's Name and Social Security Number
- Amount for each case, if more than one

For recoupments, payments should be mailed to:

- Columbus, Ohio 43218-2380
- Please include your recoupment case number.
Exact change, cash only payments may be made at:

- Payments may be made during hours, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday
