Customers can now pay their utility bills using a credit/debit card online at www.co.warren.oh.us/water/ or by phone, by calling 1-855-270-3592. Customers must have their water/sewer account number in order to utilize this service. Please use only the first seven-digits of the account number shown on your billing statement when making payments online or through the telephone service. If you need assistance with your account number, please contact our office. There is a fee of $2.99 per transaction for this service.

Online payments are processed by First Billing and posted when received by the Water & Sewer Department. Please make sure payments are made before 5:00 pm on the due date listed on your water and sewer bill in order to avoid penalties. Adequate processing time must be allowed, usually 2 full working days, to avoid penalties and/or termination of service.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - If your water and sewer service is scheduled for disconnection OR has been disconnected for non-payment and you are paying your bill online through First Billing or by phone through First Billing you must contact our office with your confirmation number. Failure to contact our office before 8:15 am on the date of shut off will result in discontinuance of water service and incur the administrative fee. If your water service has been disconnected you must contact our office and request to have your water services restored.
A single transaction cannot be less than $1.00 and cannot exceed $500.00.
