Warren County Water & Sewer Department
Water Droplet
Response to EPA’s New Health Advisories

On behalf of the Warren County Board of Commissioners, the Warren County Water and Sewer Department is pleased to announce that residents in the areas of Clearcreek Township, Deerfield Township, Franklin Township, Turtlecreek Township, Wayne Township, City of Middletown, Village of Corwin, Village of Harveysburg, and the Hunter area, who are Warren County water customers, are beginning to see the slow ramp up of softened water at their taps. Softening is being achieved by state of the art nanofilration membranes. The final softened water will be supplied at 140 mg/L of CaCo3 or 8 grains by the middle of March. At that time, residents may choose to bypass their water softeners for a few weeks to determine if they wish to soften their water any further.
