Warren County Clerk Of Courts

Our Warren County Title Offices in Lebanon at 19 Dave Avenue, in Franklin at 245-A South Main Street and in Mason at 773 Reading Road are all open Monday–Friday 8am – 5pm.

Rather than spread our resources too thin, the only Title Office open in Warren County on Saturdays will be the Main Office in Lebanon. Saturday hours are 8am – Noon, but with a full staff available to assist you.

Our acceptance of Passport Applications has resumed in all three offices. Please note that the National Passport Agency has announced much longer return times than what you may have experienced prior to the pandemic. And, due to the length of time it takes to properly administer this function in our local offices, we respectfully ask that for passport applications please make it to our office at least 30 minutes before closing time. For more information, please click on the Passport icon below.

We are still not providing a passport photo service at this time, so applicants will have to provide pictures to go with their applications. CVS, the UPS Store, Walgreens, Walmart, AAA and others may be options for your passport photos.

And last but not least, in anticipation of spring (it’s never too early to think about it, right?), remember the Warren County Title Offices in Lebanon, Franklin and Mason each provide Watercraft Registration in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. We can provide not only your watercraft titling needs but your watercraft registration as well. Happy Boating!

"The Public is not dependent on us, but rather we on them. The pledge of the Clerk of Courts is to provide quality service with efficiency and courtesy."

We look forward to serving you!
James L. (Jim) Spaeth
