Members of council represent one of the following agencies or entities:
Members of Warren County Family and Children First Coordinator
- Director of Warren County Children Services
- Director of Warren County Human Services
- Superintendent of Warren County Educational Service Center
- Superintendent of Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities
- Superintendent of largest school district in County
- Director of Warren County Health District or designated representative
- Chair of the Warren County Commissioners or designated representative of the Board
- Representative of largest city in county appointed by city Council
- Executive Director of Recovery Services of Warren and Clinton Counties or their appointed representative.
- Representative of Ohio Department of Youth Services
- Representative of Warren County Head Start
- Representative of Warren County Early Intervention/Early Childhood Collaborative
- Individuals from families
- Child Support Enforcement Agency
- Warren County United Way
- Ohio State University Extension - Warren County
- Family Services of Warren County Community Services, Inc.
- Abuse and Rape Crisis Shelter

- Representative of Warren County Juvenile Court

The members of council are officially recognized through the completion and submission of a Membership Agreement Form and include individuals as identified in the Ohio Revised Code and the Warren County FCFC Policies and Procedures.
