Pathway provides comprehensive medical and pharmacy services at the Warren County Juvenile Detention Center. Pathway has been providing healthcare services to juvenile detainees in Ohio since 1993, acquiring expertise and understanding of the unique challenges of treating juveniles in a correctional setting. Pathway works closely with Warren County and the juvenile's parents/guardians to provide healthcare that meets all standards of the American Medical Association, National Commission on Correctional Health Care, and the Ohio Department of Youth Services.

Pathway's physician and nursing staff provide intake screening and comprehensive medical assessments, sick call, dental care, medication administration and management, laboratory and diagnostic services and confidential medical records. Pathway's clinical services are augmented by a cost containment program that closely monitors offsite specialty and hospital care, and a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program which provides ongoing review of the quantity and quality of healthcare services.

Pathway is one of the largest providers of adult and juvenile detainee healthcare services in the U.S., with 240 county jail and prison clients nationwide and 2,750 employees and contractors. Pathway provides medical services to more than 70,000 inmates each day.
