Phone in cancellations one hour prior to the scheduled pick-up to avoid being considered a "no show".
Any occurrence where the person does not show up for a scheduled ride or declines to take the trip when the driver arrives. A rider with One “No-Show”
shall pay $5.00 (cash only) prior to WCTS restarting service. Call us if you have questions regarding the “No-Show” policy.
Any cancellation received less than one hour prior to the scheduled pickup will be considered a late cancellation. A “Late Cancellation” will be considered
a “No Show” and the above “No-Show” policy will apply.
Any passenger requesting a modification to our rules for the purpose of access and utilization of transit service may do so by writing Warren County Grants Administration, 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, OH 45036, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Phone requests may be made by calling 513.695.1210. Reasonable modifications will be considered with the following exceptions:
WCTS has established a policy that addresses instances where a customer’s conduct may adversely affect others involved with WCTS. The following identifies
Any act which creates the potential for injury or death to any customer, driver or the general public.
Any verbal abuse or a physical act that invades the privacy of others or involves physical contact with another person.
Any act that would qualify as misconduct, but is the direct and immediate consequence of the customer’s disability, such as abusive language that is the
consequence of Tourette’s Syndrome.
Any act of misconduct that he or she has been trained as inappropriate, the act is considered hazardous or abusive.
1st Offense may, depending on the seriousness of the offense, result in a suspension of services
2nd Offense within a one-year period shall result in suspension of services for 60 days
3rd Offense within a one year period shall result in suspension for one (1) year.
Children less than 4 years old and weighing less than 40 pounds must be accompanied by an adult and be properly secured in a carseat provided by the adult.
Children less than 8 years old & less than 4’9”must be secured in a booster seat provided by the adult. Children ages 8-15 must wear seat belts.
Packages and/or bags will be limited to an amount that the passenger can reasonably manage independently.
All wheelchairs & scooters will be secured with four point securements.
