At this time, Warren County Transit Service continues to operate. Because we are concerned about the health of both the public and our staff, all buses are routinely disinfected and we encourage social distancing and other safety precautions such as frequent hand washing and abstaining from touching others. We do encourage the public to practice self-isolation and to make prudent decisions when deciding whether to use public transit. If you are sick, we ask you to do everything possible to find other transportation arrangements to limit the spread of disease and viruses.

All access to the Warren County veterans service office is by appointment only. Please follow these instructions and do not stop by unless you do have an appointment. We will still be taking care our Veterans during this challenging time. Please take care of yourselves and each other. Warren County VSO.

Due to increasing health risks associated with COVID-19, and the need to prevent further spread, the Warren County Veterans Service Commission will not meet on March 18, 2020 for their regularly scheduled meeting. The April 1, 2020 meeting is still scheduled and will take place unless otherwise notified. Thank you!

Warren County Job and Family Services has announced the COVID-19 PRC Response Program. Households with minor children in need of additional financial assistances during these difficult times can submit the COVID-19 PRC Application to the department. If approved, each household will receive a one-time $500.00 check which is available through TANF Funding (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families). The application can be found on our website https://www.co.warren.oh.us/humanservices/ under COVID-19 Response, along with a Frequently Asked Questions document that will assist clients with the application process. This program is based on continued funding availability.

Building Inspection

We request all customers to email or mail applications and drawings (We will only accept Residential plans electronically. All commercial plans have to be mailed in or can be hand delivered to the Administration Lobby and then picked up when ready by the applicant). If you want to pay for your drawings, you can do so by fedex, UPS or pay online. We will email or mail the drawings to the customer after they have paid. If you want them mailed back to you please in close a self-addressed stamped envelope. If you want them emailed back make sure you have your email address on the application. We will no longer be accepting plans or payment for permits in the lobby. You can email or call the office with any questions.

Water & Sewer

In light of the recent developments with the COVID-19 virus we request all customers to make payments online or by utilizing our dropbox outside the main Administration building for the next several weeks. Any questions or concerns should be placed with our office at 513-695-1377 rather than in person. During this time there will be no late payments or shut offs.Thanks and stay safe.

Auditor Matt Nolan

To protect staff and residents the basement, 2nd and 3rd floor of the Warren County Administration Building will not be open to residents. The offices will still be operating, but all paperwork will need to be dropped off in the lobby or mailed in. All questions or problems can be addressed by calling.

Effective Tuesday, May 26, 2020 the Warren County Recorder’s office will be implementing new strategies to keep our staff and the public safer. People wanting to record documents or receive other services will be doing so through a window between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. Remember, all documents are online and can easily be printed at your home or office at no charge. Abstractors wishing to search our books should contact us to schedule an appointment. While we will not be issuing any requirements for masks, abstractors will be required to come through a locked side door and only three searchers will be allowed in our office at any given time. Please call us at 513-695-1382 with questions or concerns.

Records & Archives

The office is open to the public by appointment. While masks are not required, we encourage anyone visiting the Records Center and Archives to wear one for the safety of our staff. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us by phone (513-695-1815) or e-mail (archives@co.warren.oh.us). You may also leave requests at the Lobby at the Administration Desk. We have been working to get more of our records and indexes online for your convenience. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

Until further notice, the Warren County Soil & Water Department is closed to public walk-ins. Please contact by phone or email to request assistance and services. Staff will respond to inquiries as soon as possible, but please be patient with non-emergency issues.
